If anything, the problem appears to have gotten worse and now nothing is logged at all. I'm afraid I have lost faith in the product.
How to Activate Mobile Tracking on a Samsung Galaxy Device
Location Services is clearly unreliable and I would like to request a refund. Please could you arrange for this to be processed with immediate effect? I haven't heard any reports regarding to the issue on Samsung Galaxy. We could see the location logs for the device posted. We are working on the feature the locate now feature for the new portal. I checked the old portal and yes, you're right, the logs did appear.
But they only started appearing on 19th June.

I have been monitoring the logs for the past few days. The logs suddenly stopped a few days ago. I haven't been able to see any location data since, nor use the Locate Now button for a few days.
It is for this reason that I have to cancel the subscription. I cannot use a service that only works some of the time.
Thanks for the update. The location feature should work. We will check further on this. You say the location feature should work, but it simply isn't. Whether or not the logs are there but just not showing and they should always show when requested , the Locate Now button still does not work. That's my entire point!! I know you keep saying it works, but I promise you it doesn't. Thanks for the post. I've reported this to the team yesterday and the engineering team is checking into the issue.
