Yes No Replaced a 5 year old Droid Turbo. This new phone is faster and has great battery life. It has plenty of speed, camera is good enough for me. Upgraded from the Z2 Force and am very happy with the Z4. I was reluctant to upgrade because the Z4 has a lower chip-set and the display has lower pixels per square inch compared to the Z2 Force. Also there are some reviewer complaining about the fingerprint sensor. As for the chip set ,I find t read more.

I've used Motorola phones in the past because I appreciate their quality and heritage but also for the clean approach to software. However the camera in my last one has lagged that of Samsung Galaxy some of my friends use. However this camera is vastly better and seems better than my friends photo read more. I much prefer Motorola's version of the Android OS and generally have been happy with all my past Motorola phones. The Z4 was definitely a big improvement for me.
I was worried that the processing power was not going to satisfy my needs.

This phone is fast and works well, except for a lack of signal strength, something with which I cannot abide. By the time I got serious about replacing it, I had to fork over big bucks to pay it off and get something else. Not happy about that, eithe read more. Had trouble the first 3 months after getting the phone. It was a mechanical issue. The phone would just shut off on its own.

Dianne, the Motorola moto z4 device is Bluetooth capable. It will pair with the Bluetooth of your choice. The strength will depend on the Bluetooth you purchase to pair with the device. Not by itself but there are several Moto Mods that add wireless charging. Yes 1.
What’s in the box
This phone can't be charged wirelessly with a wireless charger. It does not have Wireless Charging capabilities. Hi Val2, This phone is exclusive only to Verizon. You may need to contact this carrier if it is possible to get this device unlocked.
Yes 2. Has this happened to this model? But I will say the screen is not as strong, as far as cracking, on this one as on the last model. My phone started doing this also. I have no idea why, but it's still working. I've had a Moto Z since Aug and about months ago the glass is pulling away from the left side of the phone. I am taking it in to see if they can tell me why. That's the first for me! Not sure if I'm replacing right away or not. Depends on what they have and cost. There are no issues with the screen separating from the phone.
Only time that happens if the phone starts to overheat. Hi Legacy, No. This phon works fine and doesn't have this issue. We do not have any information indicating screen issues with this phone model. But when I read the individual reviews, they are all well above avg. Can you explain the significant differences? Yes 3. The Moto Z4 does use internal memory for the software and applications. Looking out from the edge of Bryant Park outside Tom's Guide's New York office, the Moto Z4 delivered another decent yet somewhat hazy shot, that plainly lacked the presence and contrast that the Pixel 3a achieved.
Motorola's MP sensor crisply rendered the people relaxing on the lawn, as well as the stage banner at the far end of the park. However, the sky is a bit too gray, the clouds are flat, and the colors are smoky in general.
Moto Z4 Review: Not the king of midrange, but among the best
Yet Motorola can claim a small victory — at least the Z4 avoided the lens flare that plagued the left edge of the Pixel 3a's shot. Turning to some photos that demonstrate the Z4's zoom capabilities, we can see how Motorola has tried to use software to make up for the lack of a secondary telephoto lens. Even ignoring the profound difference in color the Z4's balancing is nowhere close to the real conditions , Motorola's computational photography still can't resolve the wrinkles and velvety texture of the petals, or the semi-furry sheen of the greenery below. Improving low-light photos is a priority for pretty much every smartphone maker these days, and much like its rivals, Motorola has decided to tackle that problem with the help of software.
The Z4 introduces Night Vision, which combines eight frames of an image, as well as dynamic noise reduction and sharpening, to produce a cleaner result despite dim surroundings. Eventually, an update to the Moto Camera app on the Play Store added the feature, and we're pleased to report the results are quite impressive. Night Vision processed the first of the two photos you see above, taken in our indoor studio with barely any light in the room, in less time than the Pixel 3a managed with its Night Sight mode.
The Z4's shot ended up noticeably brighter than the Pixel's, though not as sharp. Additionally, the colors in the faux brick wall and hanging posters are a bit washed out, comparatively speaking, through the lens of the new Moto handset.
Motorola is promising a strong selfie game from the Z4's MP front-facing shooter.
